Account and Data Deletion for Pikori

You can delete your Pikori account and associated data directly inside the app. You can also delete or request deletion of certain specific data without deleting your entire account.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open Pikori.
  2. Go to your profile.
  3. Open the settings menu.
  4. Select “Delete account”.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app

If you can no longer access your account or the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us at pikori.help@outlook.com.

Please contact us from the email address connected to your Pikori account, so we can verify the request.

How to delete specific data without deleting your account

You can remove some data without deleting your full Pikori account.

If you want us to delete specific data that you cannot remove yourself in the app, contact us at pikori.help@outlook.com.

Data that may be retained

Some limited information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, child safety, legal obligations, dispute handling, or enforcement of our rules.

Backup copies, technical logs, and cached copies may remain for a limited period before being deleted or expiring. This may include cached data on users' devices, which may remain temporarily outside our direct control.

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate safety or security reasons.
