This Privacy Policy explains how ShyBen Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you use Pikori (the “App”).

Pikori is designed around daily creative challenges. When you upload or share content such as submissions, thumbnails, avatars, usernames, handles, leaderboard entries, and related profile or challenge information, that content may be visible to other users of the App.

Submission media is not accessible through permanent public storage links. However, submissions may be displayed to other users inside the App, including in voting, profiles, leaderboards, bookmarks, reports, and moderation tools.

Avatar images are publicly accessible through media links. Anyone who has access to such a link may be able to view or access the avatar image, even outside the App.

Other users may save, copy, download, screenshot, screen-record, or share content that is visible to them. For this reason, you should not upload content that you consider private, confidential, sensitive, or unsuitable for sharing with the Pikori community.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we will use appropriate safeguards where required by law, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards.

You can request deletion of your account from within the App.

When your account deletion is processed, we delete your active account data from the App's live systems, including your profile and associated uploaded media, and we also delete the related authentication account.

If you are 13 or older but are not old enough under the laws of your country to consent to the processing of your personal data on your own, you may use Pikori only with permission from your parent or legal guardian.

Pikori is designed as a creative community app suitable for users aged 13 and older. Public challenges, submissions, profiles, avatars, usernames, handles, and other user content must follow our Community Rules and must be suitable for younger teens.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

While we work to protect the App and user data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, cyberattacks, service disruptions, data loss, or other security incidents will never occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for incidents caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided that we have taken reasonable security measures and complied with our legal obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice in the App or by other appropriate means.
