These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pikori (the “App”).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Pikori.
If you are 13 or older but are not old enough under the laws of your country to agree to these Terms or consent to the processing of your personal data on your own, you may use Pikori only with permission from your parent or legal guardian.
By creating an account or using Pikori, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide to us, including your date of birth where requested, is accurate.
If we reasonably believe that you do not meet these eligibility requirements, we may restrict, suspend, or delete your account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
You must provide accurate information where required and keep it reasonably up to date.
The App allows you to upload and share content, including images, videos, profile content, and related submissions.
You retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, and make that content available within and in connection with the App for the purpose of operating, improving, moderating, and providing the service.
Pikori is a public community challenge app. Content you upload or share, including submissions, thumbnails, profile images, usernames, handles, rankings, and related public profile information, may be visible to other users of the App.
Submission media is not accessible through permanent public storage links. However, submissions may be displayed to other users inside the App, including in voting, profiles, leaderboards, bookmarks, reports, and moderation tools.
Avatar images are publicly accessible through media links. Anyone who has access to such a link may be able to view or access the avatar image, even outside the App.
Content that is visible to other users may be saved, copied, downloaded, screenshotted, screen-recorded, shared, or otherwise captured by them. You should only upload content that you are comfortable sharing with the Pikori community. Do not upload private, confidential, sensitive, or third-party content unless you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Cached copies of visible content, including cached data on users' devices, may remain temporarily as described in the Privacy Policy.
This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy for backups, legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, and dispute handling.
Pikori is designed to be suitable for users aged 13 and older. You may not upload content that is unsuitable for younger teens, including nudity, sexual content, sexually suggestive content, violent content, dangerous acts, hateful, harassing, bullying, privacy-invasive, illegal, or otherwise unsafe content.

Your use of the App is also subject to our Community Rules. The Community Rules form part of these Terms.
All content and behavior on Pikori must comply with the Community Rules and must be suitable for users aged 13 and older.

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content, profiles, features, or account access where we reasonably believe this is necessary to:
We may issue warnings, temporary restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans.
Users may report submissions or profiles through the in-app reporting tools where available.
Users may also block other users where this feature is available.
Abusive or knowingly false reports may themselves violate these Terms.
You may request deletion of your account within the App.
When deletion is processed, your active account data and associated uploaded content are deleted from active systems, subject to limited retention for legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, backup, disaster-recovery, or technical caching reasons as described in the Privacy Policy. Cached copies, including cached data on users' devices, may remain temporarily outside our direct control.
The App may display advertising, including advertising provided by third parties.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time for technical, operational, legal, or financial reasons.
If we permanently discontinue the App, we may delete accounts, uploaded content, and related data from active systems after reasonable notice where practicable.
We recommend that you keep your own copies of content you wish to retain.
The App is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific ranking, voting, or visibility outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation arising from use of the App.
We take reasonable steps to protect the App and its systems, but we cannot guarantee that the App will always be free from unauthorized access, cyberattacks, security vulnerabilities, service interruptions, or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for security incidents or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the service, respond to abuse, or comply with law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice in the App or by other appropriate means.
These Terms are governed by the law of Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
